It's that time of year again. Pet days 2014 will be held January 27- February 1st. For a $35 session fee and a 20 lb. bag of cat or dog food, you receive a 5x7 of your furry friend and are registered to be in our cutest pet contest. The food, part of the session fee, and the proceeds from the online voting will go to the Lenoir County SPCA. Last year we raised over $2000 for the shelter! First place winner receives $100 gift bag from Pet Sense of Kinston, $50 coupon for a grooming from The Dog House of Kinston, and a $100 gift certificate from Martha Peoples Photography. Second place winner receives $100 gift bag from Pet Sense and $50 gift card from Pet Supplies Plus of Goldsboro. Third place is $25 gift certificate from The Village Steakhouse in Goldsboro and free short pet exam and heart worm test ($60 value) from Lenoir County Animal Hospital.
Voting will take place online on LCSPCA website, petsuppliesplus.com and marthapeoplesphotography.com after Pet Days is over. Only pets that participated in the Pet Days of 2014 are eligible to be in the contest. Votes will be $5.00 each and will go directly to LCSPCA. Last year voting got a little heated and we had a very close race!
Photos are not limited to just pets. Humans can have their pictures taken with thier furry friends as well! Bring the whole family!
